Customers may request a refund within 1 hour of receiving their delivery.
After the 1-hour window has passed, refunds cannot be issued.
To qualify for a refund, one of the following must apply:
The flowers arrived damaged or wilted.
The order delivered does not match the order placed (incorrect bouquet, wrong item, etc.).
The delivery was significantly delayed beyond the scheduled delivery window.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The request is made more than 1 hour after delivery.
The flowers have been used, altered, or improperly cared for after delivery.
The delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 1 hour of delivery and provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.
If preferred, customers may choose a replacement bouquet instead of a refund. Replacement deliveries are typically arranged within 24 hours.
